7 Pines Campground is located right on the Big Thompson River in Colorado approximately 7 miles downstream from Estes Park and 20 miles west of Loveland.  We are located within approximately an hour of Fort Collins, Greeley and Boulder, and just minutes away from Rocky Mountain National Park. 

7 Pines is locally and privately owned and offers 13 oversized full hook-up 50 amp sites positioned along approximately 600 feet of riverfront. Our friends and guests enjoy putting their awnings and slides out with plenty of room left over!  There is also one overflow site available.  All sites are leased on a 12-month basis.  This means that there are no nightly or weekly rentals.  7 Pines is a unique community of both local folks who come up on weekends and couples who come from out of state to spend the summer and fall alongside the river.

Our active season is from May 1 to October 31.  We always strive to leave the water on to the RV sites for the entire season, however we may shut the water down in order to protect our system from freezing during cold weather. 

We have a clubhouse that can be utilized by any of our guests.  It has been renovated and is a great place to have picnics or a gathering place for poker night, a game of cribbage, gin rummy, or for a potluck.  The clubhouse has a bathroom, counters with kitchen sink, refrigerator, and a book/game loan area.
